Position: Lead Residential HVAC Installer
Location: Multiple locations within Southern California
Pay: $30-$40/hour D.O.E.

- HVAC: 3 years (Required)
- Lead HVAC installer: 1 year (Required)
- EPA Certification (Required)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Full Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our client’s team! Perform residential installations and retrofits on Air Conditioning and Heating systems. Compensation based on experience and abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Install, clean, and maintain HVACR systems
- Install electrical components and wiring
- Inspect and test HVACR systems and components
- Keep records of work performed
- Respond to emergency/service maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Lead a team of HVAC installers
Work Environment:
Worksites may be very hot or cold because the heating and cooling systems they must repair may not be working properly. Some parts of these systems are located outdoors. Working in cramped spaces and during irregular hours is common. Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs., as well as perform overhead work and crawling/squatting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
